Wednesday, August 14

  • 2:00pm to 9:00pm: Exhibits accepted on the Fair Grounds

Thursday, August 15

  • 9:00am: Judging of exhibits
  • 6:00pm: Opening Dinner in Dance Hall (Doors open at 6:00pm, served at 6:30pm)
    • Turkey Dinner: $20 (Purchase in person)
    • Under 12: $10 (Purchase in person)
    • Under 6: Free
  • Following Dinner: Celebrity Cake Auction
  • Silent Auction begins: Bidding closes 2:00pm Sunday

Friday, August 16

  • Gates Open: 9:00am
    • Admission: $7, Age 12 and under Free
  • 9:00am: Home Cooking at Jean's Canteen (Breakfast served until 11:00am)
  • 10:00am: Crib Tournament
    • No Fees, Just $7 Fair Gate Fee
    • Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & High Hand
  • 11:00am: Ryan Little Chain Saw Carvings
  • 12:30pm: Littles Barnyard Parade and Storytime
    • Bring Your Favourite Stuffy Along!
  • 1:00pm: Tea Party - Entertainment by Dwane Drost, Rick Morehouse & Dale Delucry
  • 3:00pm to 6:00pm: Dancing Goat Petting Zoo
  • 3:30pm: Bingo
  • 6:00pm: Magician Jesse Campbell
  • 7:00pm: Youth Talent Show
    • Guest Appearance By Kylie Watson, 2023 Nashwaak Idol Winner
  • 8:00pm to 9:30pm: Youth & Family Glow Dance

Saturday, August 17

  • Admission: $7, Age 12 and under Free
  • 9:00am: Home Cooking & Canteen Food all day (Breakfast served until 11:00am at Jean's Canteen)
  • 10:00am to 6:00pm: Dancing Goat Petting Zoo
  • 10:00am to 12:00pm: Registration for Horse Pull
  • 10:00am: Fredericton Area British Automobile Club - Display of classic British cars
  • 10:00am and periodically throughout the day: Blacksmith & Farrier Demonstrations
  • 11:00am to 4:00pm: Ryan Little Chain Saw Carvings
  • 12:00pm to 2:00pm: NEW Touch A Truck
  • 1:00pm: Horse Pull (Rain Date on Sunday same time)
  • 1:00pm: Bingo
  • 2:00pm to 6:00pm: Ploughman's Pub, enjoy a variety of music (Open to all ages)
  • 1:00pm: Washer Toss tournament

  • 11:30am: Hot Dog Eating Contest
  • 12:00pm: Scavenger Challenge Registration (Two Age Groups)
  • 12:00pm: Bingo
  • 12:00pm to 3:00pm: Dancing Goat Petting Zoo
  • 2:00pm: Ploughman's Pub (Music by JOAN KENNEDY & Band)
  • 1:00pm to 2:00pm: Scavenger Challenge
    • Two Age Groups now 9 to 13 & 14 to 99
    • Prizes: $100, $60, $40 for each group!

Other Information

  • Monday, August 19: Exhibits to be picked up between 2:00pm & 8:00pm
  • No Parking on the Fair Grounds
    • Drop-Off Service Provided
  • No Dogs on Fair Grounds
    • Check ahead for exceptions
  • In the event of cancellation due to rain, Horse Pull will be held on Sunday at the same time
